How to Report Community or Player Issues on Wecourts

If you have noticed incorrect rating information on Wecourts, please let us know.

Examples of community issues could include:

• a player is rated lower in WPPR than his true level
• a player registered in a tournament is using a different/fake name
• an organizer has accepted higher level players to a lower level tournament, etc.

If you want to report an issue or submit feedback about another player:

1. Open the WeCourts App.

2. Go to Player Search and locate the player's profile.

3. Tap on their profile photo.

4. Select “Report or Feedback”.

5. Choose the relevant issue or write your feedback clearly.

Your message will be sent to the WPPR team for review. Reports are handled confidentially and taken seriously to maintain fairness and respect in the padel community.
